Return Process

  Ensure your items are within the 7-day return window from the date of purchase and still have the original Clothes Mentor price tags securely attached.

  Visit Our Boutique

  Bring your eligible items and your original paper or digital receipt to our Novi, MI location during regular business hours for processing.

• 3.
  Quality Inspection

  Our staff will perform a quick inspection of the garments to confirm they remain in the same gently-used condition as when they were originally sold.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once approved, you will be issued a store credit or offered an immediate exchange to help you find the perfect addition to your wardrobe.
